NURTURE TODAY FOR AN OUTSTANDING TOMORROW

Pupils thrive within the caring ethos of the school. The quality of the school's support and encouragement for all learners is exemplary. (Ofsted 2009)

Welcome to Dryden School

Dryden School is a special school for students aged between 11-19 who have severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties as their primary area of need. A number of students may have a range of secondary difficulties e.g. communication, ASD, physical and medical.

This website will tell you more about the school, its aims and objectives and we provide our pupils with a caring but challenging education within a stimulating, structured learning environment.

Everyone involved in our school, governors, teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, parents, carers and friends of the school work together to ensure the students receive the highest quality education and care.

We believe that confidence in a school develops through knowing it and understanding how it works. We value our relationships with our families and believe good communication is essential to achieve this.

We warmly welcome visits and enjoy showing visitors a school we are very proud of.
