Dryden pupils represented the North East in the Regional finals of Lord Taverner’s Table Cricket Tournament. 9 players from the school played at Durham County Cricket Ground against schools from Cumbria and surrounding areas. It was a great day but Dryden didn’t get through to the National finals in London. They did get the chance to play with Matthew Potts, Bryden Carse and James Weighill who all play on Durham’s first team.

Connor Mudie said, ” It was great. The best bit was playing with the professionals”
